DK 1010 is a professional water-based printing paste developed to obtain a dense and durable white layer in textile printing. The acrylic-based formula provides high print elasticity and excellent resistance to repeated washing without cracking or loss of color intensity.

The product is stable in operation, compatible with FA and FR series pigment systems, and suitable for standard 43–77 Mesh screens. Recommended fixation temperature is 160 °C for 1.5 minutes, ensuring reliable bonding to fabric.

DK 1010 does not contain PVC, phthalates, or formaldehyde and complies with GOTS and ZDHC Level 3 standards, making it suitable for manufacturers focused on environmental safety and export markets.

The solution is suitable for serial production where parameter stability, technological repeatability, and durability of the finished product are critical.
