DK 2040 MATT CLEAR is a water-based printing paste developed to achieve soft, silky hand feel, elastic and matte finish prints in textile printing. The product offers extra wash fastness and excellent coverage, making it ideal for printing on knitted and woven fabrics where wearing comfort and print durability are essential.

The paste is compatible with DK series pigment systems (maximum 5%). Provides very vibrant colors. For softer and smoother hand feel compared to DK 2010 White, it is recommended to add 20–30% DK 2020 Şeffaf (clear paste). To achieve a matte effect, DK 2040 MATT CLEAR is used. This mixture increases elasticity, print durability and color yield.

For difficult dark backgrounds (such as red, blue), a mixture of 20–30% White and 80–70% Clear paste is recommended. For low-temperature fixing applications, add 0.5–1% DK Superfix catalyst. Important: Prints with catalyst must be washed the next day.

The product does not clog screens or build up on the squeegee, demonstrating stable performance during long production runs. DK 2040 MATT CLEAR is compliant with ecological standards.

Stir before use and store at room temperature. Pre-testing under actual production conditions is recommended before commercial production.
