DK 2060 is a professional water-based adhesive for achieving foil effects in textile printing. The product forms a strong and even adhesive layer, ensuring reliable foil adhesion to the fabric surface and a consistent decorative result.

The system is designed for a standard curing process at 160 °C for 1.5 minutes, followed by pressing at 165 °C for 10–15 seconds under 4–6 bar pressure. For proper foil release, the surface must cool completely after pressing.

The coating preserves fabric softness and demonstrates wash resistance, making the product suitable for commercial runs and serial production. Thorough mixing before use is recommended to ensure compound uniformity.

DK 2060 does not contain PVC, phthalates, or formaldehyde and complies with international OEKO-TEX, GOTS, and ZDHC Level 3 standards, allowing use in export-oriented production and modern ecological compliance programs.
