DK 6045 ANTIBLOCK is a highly effective auxiliary additive gel designed to optimize the printing process with water-based inks and pastes. The primary function of the product is to prevent ink build-up on printing screens and squeegees and to eliminate mesh clogging, which is especially important during long production runs and high-speed printing.

The gel consistency ensures easy dosing and homogeneous mixing with the printing paste. The additive improves ink flow through the mesh, ensuring more uniform application and sharper print definition. This reduces the frequency of equipment stops for cleaning and increases overall printing line productivity.

Important: DK 6045 ANTIBLOCK is not used alone but is added to the finished ink or paste at 0.5–2%. The product has a retarding effect, so the printed fabric must be properly fixed. Recommended fixing temperature is 160–170°C for 2–3 minutes.

Note: Depending on the amount used, abrasion fastness may be slightly reduced. Pre-testing is recommended to determine the optimal concentration.
