PL 020 PLASTISOL SIYAH is a professional black plastisol ink based on PVC and plasticizers, designed for screen printing on textile products. The product is phthalate-free, making it safe for manufacturing garments that come into contact with skin. The ink is formulated for application on 100% cotton, polyester, cotton/polyester blends, as well as dark and light textile substrates.

Thanks to its high opacity, PL 020 achieves a dense, rich black print even in a single layer on dark backgrounds, significantly reducing material consumption and production time. It provides excellent coverage, flexibility and wash fastness on a wide range of fabrics.

The soft hand feel ensures wearing comfort, while excellent wash fastness guarantees print durability. The ink does not dry on the screen, allowing long working sessions without equipment cleaning stops. This is especially important for large production runs.
